What You Will Be Doing: Injury Management & Rehabilitation Consulting Support individuals recovering from workplace injuries through tailored return-to-work programs Deliver specialist technical advice to clients, insurers, and key stakeholders Manage your own caseload and schedule with true autonomy Conduct assessments, attend case conferences, and implement sustainable recovery strategies Work across Workers Compensation, ComCare and non-compensation settings Why This Role? You will thrive here if you are: Skilled in communication and stakeholder engagement Passionate about helping clients return to meaningful activity Comfortable managing your own workload and working autonomously Motivated by purpose, integrity, and genuine connection What You Will Need Tertiary qualification as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist Full professional registration (ESSA, AHPRA, ASORC) Current police clearance Valid driver’s licence Interested in this position?
